Adventure-voucher!From 2008 we offer falconry-workshops: people interested in falconry are allowed to look behind the scenes and they will be introduced on half a day very intensively into the fascinating world of birds of prey and falconry. This includes the carrying of falcons, training, flying demonstration and the feeding of the birds on the glove; in May and June the workshop also includes the feeding of the young birds and the preparing of their food.
The beginning is at 1.00 o’clock p.m., ending at around 5.30 p.m., after done work we’ll make a falconer’s lunch together where we can talk about various questions.
Our participants should learn and see as much as possible and so we only take just 1-2 persons/workshop. This is the reason why it is necessary to make an appointment with us at least 2 weeks before coming.
The price for an adventure-day at the falconry Geiger is € 150,-- (incl. taxes, lunch and drinks).
We do have a special offer for kids between 8 and 16 years: in their summer-holidays we make workshops especially for kids with up to 10 interested young people. They can make their experience with different birds of prey, we’ll go fishing and we will grill at the camp fire.
The price per kid is € 60,-- (incl. lunch, drinks and taxes).
Each participant will get a certificate of participation with his picture as a special memory of a special day.
